Bollywood actress Triptii Dimri has responded to the recent controversy involving her alleged absence from a FICCI FLO event in Jaipur. Organizers of the Nari Shakti event claimed that Triptii had committed to attending and had accepted a payment of ₹5.5 lakh, but she failed to show up. This led to significant backlash, with some attendees threatening legal action and calling for a boycott of her upcoming film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.

However, Triptii's team has denied these allegations. According to a statement from her spokesperson, Triptii fulfilled all her professional obligations related to the promotion of her film and did not commit to any other events, nor did she receive any payment for non-promotional activities. Her team clarified that she did not accept any fees beyond her promotional duties

In response, Triptii’s spokesperson issued a statement clarifying that she had attended all the events scheduled as part of her promotional tour for the movie and did not commit to any additional appearances. The statement emphasized that no additional fees were accepted beyond her film-related promotional duties​

Triptii was in Jaipur for promotions alongside co-star Rajkummar Rao, and the film is set to release on October 11, 2024.
